Stephanie GilchristAdministrative Assistant
Steph started working at the clinic November of 2016 as a kennel tech. She worked her way up to reception staff and is currently an office assistant now. The LC Valley has always been her hometown. She enjoys being outside fishing, canoeing and going on photography excursions, whether it be along the river, in the mountains or her favorite, at the ocean. Her collection of rocks and crystals grows almost every outing as well. |

Olivia White
Office Manager/Receptionist
Olivia started working with Rustebakke Veterinary Service in early 2020 shortly after moving back to Idaho from Wyoming. Most often you’ll find her working reception but she gets her hands dirty assisting with animals as often as possible. She received her Associate’s from Clark College in Vancouver, Washington and is pursuing her Bachelors in Agricultural Business from Colorado State University. Outside of work and when not studying, you’ll find her on a river fly fishing with her pup Roo or horseback somewhere.

Roshell HeslerReception Staff-Saturday
Roshell is a long time staff member; she came to the clinic in November of 2012! Roshell started as kennel staff and eventually worked her way up to becoming a certified veterinary assistant. After working as a vet assistant she switched gears to reception staff. In 2016 she left working at the clinic full time to work at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. She missed working with the clinic, and now Roshell is back working Saturdays in reception. She loves working with the clinic staff, clients, and the animals! She said she missed the patients! When not working, Roshell enjoys running her pet sitting business called Roshell's Critter Sitting, her jewelry business Northern Ridge Designs, and hanging out with her long time boyfriend, friends and family as well as her horse Jinx, and three dogs Blue, Trigger and LeDoux. |

Zippy
Office Cat
Zip came to our clinic for surgery and ended up staying with us. She takes her role as assistant receptionist and greeter very seriously. She is always right at the door to greet every pet and owner who walks through. Her interests include eating, disappearing, climbing on people, talking, and sleeping! Zippy does not like being loved on unless you are sitting in her chair, being held, her diet, nail trims, and anything else that is not her idea.

Helen
Clinic Cat Helen has been at the clinic for almost four years. She is mostly blind and prefers to live in the back, although she does venture up to the front. Helen's interests include eating, sleeping, attacking staff members in the hallways, catching flies, eating cat nip, garbage diving, finding things in the lab, causing general mayhem. Helen disliked affection when it is not initiated by her, being brushed, and being messed with in general when not initiated by her. Regardless of her sassy-ness, we love Helen, and the day is much more entertaining with her around! Helen passed away February 26, 2021 surrounded by those who loved her. While she may be gone, she will always hold a special place in our hearts. |
Speedy
Clinic Mascot Dr. Rustebakke has had Speedy for almost 22 years! Speedy enjoyed running around in the round-pen, going on trail rides, or just going out for a ride in general. Speedy passed away on May 28th, 2019. While he may be gone, he will always remain a mascot for the clinic, and hold a special place in our hearts. |
